Future Leaders Lab
How Future Leaders Lab Works
A simple online pathway to practise confidence, communication, leadership, and quick thinking from home.
Online Activity From Home
Future Leaders Lab is conducted online, so students can participate from home using a phone, tablet, or computer. Most events are planned during weekends and usually require only up to 30 minutes.
DISHA may open multiple schedules for each arena. After you express interest, you can select a suitable timing based on seat availability and batch formation.
This is a simple way to practise real communication, leadership, quick thinking, and confidence in a guided environment. Every attempt helps you become more visible, more prepared, and more future-ready.

Explore arenas
You go through the group and solo events and understand the format, skills, and experience offered in each arena.

Express interest
You select a few preferred group and/or solo events and share your class details, school details (optional), and any other required information.

DISHA review
DISHA reviews all interests, checks whether enough students are available, schedules viable events, and informs contestants to select and reconfirm their timing.

Track updates
You check Track Your Registrations for schedule notices, mentor messages, reconfirmation requests, waiting-list updates, and completion status.
5
Participate
You join the confirmed event at the scheduled time and take part in the live activity.

Results published
DISHA evaluates the performance and publishes the results in your app in a few days. You will receive a notification when it is available.

Important: Each FLL event can be conducted only when enough real participants are available for that arena and slot. If a batch cannot be formed, DISHA will inform the interested students in the workflow and may offer another suitable timing or arena based on availability.
